Has anybody ever seen this?

THe emails just keep on coming back - yesterday most of my emails came back.

PS - I am about to go to the Ipswitch distributor in 30 minutes to finally
buy the full version.
Is there any version that is recommended?
I need to block the Mail Relay, but I also need the reliability.
These problems that are happening now have started since I installed the
eval version of 6.04.
