Most backup programs will be able to do differential backups, which means
"get it if it changed." You could also look at Robocopy from the Nt
resource kit. I use that program a lot for doing backups of my user's
computers. Another one is xxcopy (as opposed to xcopy) but I have had
trouble with that one not working like it should.
