I've seen sometimes that if I've got Outlook open, and realice I've got a big, big
message, that makes my Outlook wait for a too much time, when I open the web
interface, can't delete any message.

When you've got a session with another mail-client program Imail can't delete
anything, because the mailbox may be locked by the POP3D part of the Imail, and the
web messaging can do nothing with that user

   Hope this work

    Pau

I'm a (fairly) new iMail admin myself but here is where I would start:

-Does it happen every time?

If yes, try it on another machine. (Same account, same message). If that
fixes it then <insert Mac flame here... >, and it'll be fine.

Also, as an NT admin I would check to make sure the iMail services have the
right to delete, modify, and copy, files in the iMail mailbox folders. If
she doesn't have those rights, it would give her those very errors.

IMail 6.04 with latest web messaging update...
I just got a message from a user (keep in mind I'm a new iMail admin)
stating that, in the web interface, she was unable to delete messages and
when she clicked Reply to reply to my message to her, she got "Action
Failed". She is using IE 4.x on a Macintosh. Where should I start looking?
(I realize someone may be tempted to make a Macintosh flame there...)
