I noticed someone else with an Action Failed error, but possibly different
situation.
Anyway, I tried everyone's suggestions (from last week) with no success
(except buying new templates, still working on that).  It was even doing it
on another person's machine and in either Netscape or Explorer (keep in mind
these are Macs, so things get wierd from here...).  The problem only happens
on certain machines and is not isolated to any individual account.  The
database in use is the iMail DB.
I finally decided to throw in the towel and upgrade the affected users to
Mac Internet Explorer 5.  Strangely enough that did the trick.  What is so
strange is that we have hundreds of Macs running the same version (4.5) of
IE that the affected units had with no problem.  Go figure!  :)

I believe Ipswitch's templates are still shipping with a Javascript error
that prevents many actions for MacIE users, particularly the Delete message
action. We test on Macs, and have worked around that problem in our
templates (links below).
