Len,
On the General Property sheet the host name value there is
"mail.Orlando.com"
When you click the "Add Host" button and highlight "216.53.142.131" the
"Official Host Name" = "mail.Orlando.com" and the Aliases = Orlando.com.
Is this right, or do I need to change something.
If I want to put multi-aliases how do I separate them.

SMTP response codes 5xx are fatal, "don't even try later".

This is Imail error text captured by my IMGate/postfix. It means
1) that orlando.com is not seen by Imail as local mail host within Imail,
and
2) that Imail has not been told to relay for orlando.com, either.
In Imail, you should have a mailhost called orlando.com and with a
mailhost alias of mail.orlando.com.
If orlando.com is your default mailhost for Imail (ie, the single
non-virtual mailhost on that ip address), then you need to put in NT
hosts file:
ip.ad.re.ss orlando.com
