Well, I do not have personal experience with this problem, but have talked
to other IMail admins who have had something very similiar. I don't think
the problem is with IMail or the computer it is running on. If, on the same
network (as the IMail machine) all pings work, but on a different network
that connects to this one, it does not, then that sounds like a routing
problem to me. Try using a Traceroute tool to see what is shows when you are
on the dialup network and you use the good and bad IPs. I suspect you may
find a 'circular' route such that the packets never get delivered to the
problem IPs.
