As part of the monitoring for this problem I would like to know exactly how
many users I have connected to web messaging. Is there a tool or way to
determine how many people are using web access at one time?

I have been having this problem of 100% utilization since Iupgraded to 6.0.4
I talked with tech support and they suggested getting the Iwebmsg patch post
6.0.4 so I did, and it hasn't fixed our problem.
