Note to everyone:
We're not running VNC or PCAnywhere.  Our CPU spikes first
occured using Terminal Server 4 (SP 5) and WebBoard 4.1.  Then we switched
servers to 2K Server, and left WebBoard off.  Problem still existed.

As in my previous message 6.05 is supposed to fix this problem in general.
According to Ipswitch, it is supposed to be out this week.

this kind of problem with IMAIL before.
