I performed the upgrade from 6.03 to 6.04 this morning. I had a problem
with one of the patches and I am wondering if anyone has encountered this
problem.
I used the I-mail 6.04 CD to perform the upgrade.
I then tried to install the imail604.exe patch. It wouldn't install. It
did cause unusually high CPU utilization while it was trying to install but
it never progressed. My second question on this is if I even need this
patch since I used the CD to upgrade?
I then applied the imailwebpatch604c.exe without any problems.
I do have a phone call into tech support. We will see if they call back.
