It sounds like they do the DNS for you. They show one MX record for sibella.com
(which means that any incoming mail will only go to that server). The MX record
points to mail.sibella.com, which has an A record of 24.11.193.168. That means that
any SMTP server with mail for you will try to connect to 24.11.193.168 at port 25.
24.11.193.168 isn't connected to the Internet right now, so I'm guessing your mail
server isn't connected now. If it *is*, then most likely the IP address is incorrect.
