I started with a clean log and then sent [EMAIL PROTECTED] an email from
[EMAIL PROTECTED] Below is the log. It looks like it received it but I
can't find it

If your mail server is down, it may sit on the remote SMTP server until your
server goes back up. But, I connected just now without any problems, so
chances are if a remote mail server was holding the mail it would be
delivered by now (usually, you'll get it within an hour of going back up).
What you want to do now is check the log files for "[EMAIL PROTECTED]". The
few lines following it should let you know what happened to it.
