[IMail Forum] please help me

We have imail installed on web server. we created some vitual domain on it. all is working fine. the problem is that users are getting multiple copies of the same mail. this continues number of days.   i have one account which has nobody alias. we download all the mails from this account and distribute them to local office user through local mail server. and the above case is happening with this account. i increase the time interval between two download of the mail.
