"sender domain" is the "MAIL FROM:<sender@senderdomain>"
so let's look it up:
# dig mail.salemorrotary.org

sure enough, no A or MX record for "mail.salemorrotary.org".

550 REQUESTED ACTION NOT TAKEN: DNS FAILURE is complaining for the
same reason as the first case above, but with a stupidly useless 5xx
msg. "dns failure" means they tried to validate via DNS
mail.salemorrotary.org for A and/or MX records and couldn't.

>(mail.bcwebhost.net). We have several IMail virtual domains, such as
>mail.salemorrotary.org. The DNS records for these point to
>mail.bcwebhost.net (208.8.150.204).
As I showed above, you're missing records for mail.salemorrotary.org

not if the sender domain was also "mail.salemorrotary.org"

Your solution is there.
also, you may want to change your default mail hosts from
mail.salemorrotary.org with mailhost alias of salemorrotary.org
to mailhost of
salemorrotary.org with mailhost alias of mail.salemorrotary.org
How to do that is in the KB.
In DNS, in the salemorrotary.org zone:
salemorrotary.org. MX 1O imail.BCwebhost.net.
mail.salemorrotary.org. MX 1O imail.BCwebhost.net.
salemorrotary.org. A ip.ad.re.ss ; of www.salemorrotary.org
mail.salemorrotary.org. A ip.ad.re.ss ; of imail
