Just glad I found this forum.
Mine was a "turnkey" installation, meaning everything done for me, including the ISP.
So many things for us all to learn. We have the anti-relaying and "potential problems"
all worked out, but little help from the original "installers." Yes, we paid for it
all....too bad it was in advance. "Support" is "when we can get to you (in other
words: "we've already got your money.")
So.....I'm lurklng and learning from all kinds of sources. And so are the techs in our
firm.
We haven't "exploded" and the customers are happy......so far.
I know our "service" is good from the feedback. But, there's so much more to learn.
Just "luking and learning"
