You could do this in one of two ways: 1. Set up an Imail server in you local office with a different domain that distinguishes that office and give all users in the office an email address for them to use for only interoffice communication.
2. Set up an Imail server in your local office with the domain the already exists for the users in that office, and move all the information from the currant server to the new server. You would then have to change all of the relevant DNS settings. If you are using W2K AD domains, set up sites in AD. This will help on your bandwidth issue by cutting down on some other traffic.
