Me either but I did see it here
http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-19980116-JB01.htm the part that list the syntax for
the adduser.exe program lists the chars ;:# as comments for a file so that is what
prompted me to wonder if it would work for the Kill.lst as well.
