OK, I did just that, wrote a small EXE that downloads this file:
http://libertas.wirehub.net/spamlist.txt
...and uses it to create a \IMail\kill.lst file.
It's been a while since I used my setup file creator, so I don't know if
I've included all the DLL's required - if I haven't, someone please let me
know. In the meantime, you can download it here:
http://www.nerosoft.com/Download/NSGetSpam.exe (around 900K - 98% of it is
the VB6 runtime)
It installs a "GetSpam.exe" application. When run, the application
downloads the file above, translates it, and writes it out to the
C:\IMail\kill.lst file. If you want it to write to something else, specify
it on the command line:
GetSpam D:\Whatever\File.txt
