Actually Support has been working on it. We have sent several emails
back and forth today on the issue (including some of your questions
below.) But I saw Steve's message about the Log Server and was curious.

P.S. I'm not ignoring your questions and would be happy to respond to
them on the list, but didn't because Support is working it. If between
us we can't figure it out, I'll likely come to the list for help.
