Hi Dan, I had posted in another e-mail that it was hanging on the
"iLDAP.exe".
I had tried stopping all services and so on. No custom files, just a stock
install.

If one moves the box that shows the error message, then you can see what
file the patch is looking to find at that time. This can help troubleshoot
the problem (check that filename for date/time/size).
If one is using another version of any of the program files or dlls
(odbcuser.dll!), then that can contribute to these kinds of problems. IMail
looks for specific versions of files and if they do not 'match' it will fail
the patch process. In that case, just rename the offending file, put the
correct one into the \imail dir and rerun the patch.
Some people have reported that stopping all IMail Services, prior to running
the patch, has helped.
If all else fails, contact Ipswitch ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) with S/N and/or
S/A numbers and ask for a full version.
