In order to set up virtual host each with their own IP, you must first go
into the Network Properties of the NIC and under the ADVANCED button, create
additional IP addresses. Once you have applied those, click OK and exit the
Network Properties. There is not need to reboot  the server if it is Windows
2000.

Then, go into the I-Mail administrator and create a new host. You will be
able to assign the new host to the newly created IP addresses that you just
created.

I know that this is very simplified. Let me know if you need more exact
instructions.
