If you run an SMTP client, you can send mail to any SMTP server, 
including the one called Imail.  Have you read page 221 of the Imail u/g?

I suppose you can make ASP talk to either of the above, or if you run 
MS SMTP service on a  different port than 25, ASP can talk to the MS 
SMTP service API.
