Hi,

In advance -- I'm really not trying to start a flame war... :)

This can be responded to privately, if IPSwitch prefers (Daniel?) -- I'm
trying to make some long term plans for our continued mail-hosting platform
based on IMail and my decision making process is lacking information about:

        a) What is the timeline for IMail 7? Q1 2001? Q2? Q3? Q4?
        * Is it on the horizon or am I just getting ahead of myself here?

        b) What is the planned featureset for IMail7?
        * Will there be MAPS RBL, DUL and RSS support
          (see http://maps.vix.com)

        * Will there be proper SQL7 and SQL2000 ODBC/OLEDB support with
_resilience_ (ie, reconnect to data sources dynamically)

        * Will mailing list addresses finally be stored in backend databases?

        * Will there be a realistic way to link into anti-virus applications?

I've been looking long and hard at MailSite by Rockliffe, but I have a huge
existing investment in IPSwitch's product (since 4.0x and w/ service
agreements that don't seem to have been very worthwhile...)
