Magdy,
I would have to say the problem is in the connection between your customer
and the mail server. ISDN have all the same problems as modem lines and MTU
(in the PC or router or other ISDN hardware) setting is often one of them.
Has the user tried Web Messaging and does that have the same problem? What
about him trying a different network connection (regular dialup)? If that
works, then you have proven it is the ISDN.
