Randy,
Why are you afraid to show your IP and domain name? Without it we cannot
check your dns settings.
Most likely problem is not haveing a PTR (reverse) record. Many Sendmail
servers, do this lookup before accepting you email. Show us the log, for a
delivery attempt to hotmail and that will confirm this.
The domain you are sending from, parkermedical.com, has no MX records.
