Here's one possibility:

Your mail server is claiming to that its host name is "server80".  That's 
not a Fully Qualified Domain Name (in other words, nobody on the Internet 
can connect to "server80", except perhaps people in your office).

You should check that the Official Host Name of your server ("Host Name" on 
the General tab of IMail Administrator, when "localhost" is highlighted on 
the left side of the screen) is a FQDN.  Note that if it is just 
"server80", another problem is that web mail may go out with 
"user@server80" as the return address, which of course can't be replied to.
