I have problems with Hotmail if the in-addr.arpa zone file for the IP of my mail server doesn't resolve the IP to the exact same name my server claims to be in the ESMTP Handshake. In otherwords, if your server claims to be mail.webhostdir.com on 123.123.123.123 then the reverse zone has to resolve 123.123.123.123 to mail.webhostdir.com or hotmail (and some of the other big ISPs) may not accept your traffic. So... I guess I could nslookup this for you... if you'll tell me what IP your server is on and what name it sends when saying EHLO to Hotmail.
