Hello

I am new to this forum so please bear with me if this subject has been
previously discussed.

I am the web co-ordinator for Shrewsbury Sixth Form College.

We are using Imail server as our Pop3 and SMTP mail server, email appears to
be coming into college OK, but when we try to send mail out, it doesn't
always send properly.

We believe we have worked out why this is, when I send a test message to my
hotmail.com address from my college address it does get sent and appears at
Hotmail as jmh@Intranet instead of [EMAIL PROTECTED]

I think that mails aren't sending if the recipient's mail server checks the
name and sees @Intranet as invalid.

How can we change it so that addresses appear as [EMAIL PROTECTED] instead of
users@Intranet?

Thanks very much for your help on this
