Imail is not used only for public mail servers, so on intranets, you
can violate standards and conventions for public nets, plus default
to open relay, without harm.
"_" is illegal in DNS records, has been for years, why does MS impose
"_" into W2K DNS / AD? One could argue that the W2K "_" names should
be restricted to intranet, but we know that DNS and AD are so complex
(for some people) that there will be tons of W2N DNS's flooding "_"
junk into public Internet inadvertantly.
I've already have to blackhole W2K DNS's querying my BIND's, 100's of
queries per hour, for "_" names which were clearly internal-only
names. Totally screwed up.
