So if Imail can't deliver to his mx, it tries to deliver to the dpmortgage.com.

what you can do it make you Imail a backup MX for his, so that when
his is down, the msg goes to your Imail, and then gets relayed to his
MX when it's again reachable.
put his mail.dpmortgage.com and dpmortgage.com and their ip addresses
in your NT hosts files, and have him add in his DNS your
mail.tropicalwebcreations.net as MX 20.
