Well, as a follow-up, I got Info Manager to do what it says it does, 
but I had to "send to the mailbox" mailboxname, then put a 
mailboxname.fwd in each user account and forward that to 
response-mailboxname, where Info manager does it's thing. Even though 
the RTFM says if you set up the Rule on the main host then send to 
the mailbox of a special account you set up for Info manager, that 
doesn't work. It just creates a mailbox by that name under the 
account whom the e-mail is sent to originally.
