Ross,

More likely, the firewall/proxy is changing the IP of the requestor such
that IMail's Web Server 'security' thinks the packets are coming from a
different IP. Use the Web Msg setting, 'Ignore source address...'. Use
program's Help and Ipswitch KB for more info. The Admin should decide, if
this is the 'right' choice for his system.
