Daniel:

The only thing in mine is

127.0.0.1 localhost

It appears to be the original file with NT.
Should there be entries in this file. Do I need to add media biz as a local
host to this file?

The DNS is set up correctly for all of our domains. The problem seems to
be just with @home.com. Upon further research we have a bunch of MX connect
fail to @home IP addresses. Is @home doing something different than other
hosts or are they just having tremendous outages?

Your help is appreciated.

Chuck Schick

: Chuck,
:
: IMail and NT get IPs from Hostnames, via DNS (that IP has no correlation
to
: home.com, but does to mediabiz.com) or the local HOSTS file. If not DNS,
: then must be \winnt\system32\drivers\etc\hosts. What is in yours?
