I received a call today from a client who has moved their site from one host
to another. The new host says everything is setup correctly on their end,
however, mails are bouncing back with the following error message.

"Sorry, I couldn't find a mail exchanger or IP address. (#5.4.4)"

Is this normal with the propagation process, or should the client be
contacting the "old" host or the "new" host to try to get this resolved?

If this is normal mail behavior how long can the client expect to be without
e-mail service?

Both old and new host are using Imail.

Thank you for your time.
JB
