Declude and McAfee with great success.  Caveat: lacks sender / recipient
notification and web messaging inclusion at this time -- first one Scott
promises is coming and second one they are looking at.  He has been
great to work with (Scott, is that worth a future discount?), tolerating
even not too bright questions.
