The "Copy All Mail" option is a server-wide option and is not on a domain
basis.

There are 20 users under this domain, and you have one account named admin

The admin wants all of the copies of the messages that is sent & received
from the users
of the domain name.
I know that this is possible for all accounts in server names " copy all
mails to.." but I want
it for one domain name.
We need for government project, because of the material is too important the
head master wants
the copy of all of the mails in his mailbox.

HTML emails are great, if done right they convey much more media rich and
interactive info than just plain text.
My server doesn't have any performance problems with Html emails, yes they
are more bulky but not that much.
I have over 130,000 users some use webmail some use other e-mail clients.
The problem is whether we like them or not they exist so we need to support
them. My members receive html emails all the time from various newsletter
subscriptions etc. if they can't read them they're not happy. I myself want
to build an html newsletter for my members.
HTML emails working fine in outlook express etc why not with the web
messaging stuff. Why does it have to replace white space etc with
and why does it stick <BR>s every however many characters?
If it isn't supported a valid explanation should be given.

I guess my issue is that i simply do not believe resource
argument. All I am asking for is the ability to change font
colors and have an attachment appear as an image and not as a link.
Now admittedly I am not a programming expert, but I just have
trouble reconciling a few things.
First, imail displays most any html encoded message just fine.
There is no issue there. It understands html and it shows up just
fine. So no changes needed there.
The changes are in message composition.
Next all we are talking about is asking imail not to scramble html
by inserting extra characters. Why is that such a resource issue?
If you type in a url, the url appears as a hyperlink. Obviously
imail is trapping for certain html codes already.
Html is nothing more than a text file. The browser is reading it
and displaying things accordingly. If attached images are being
served up by imail somehow instead of a webserver, that just seems
like a major design mistake that needs to be corrected for
performace reasons no matter what.
Imail has banner advertising & it appears to be quite happy
throwing banners to the screen. Ron's templates even allow them to
be refreshed every 60 seconds.
Moreover, imail has to display an attachment once it's clicked on
anyway.
I just can't see why it is so unreasonable to ask that attached
graphics appear in the message.
Why must imail add extra characters to email messages effectively
making jiberish of HTML?
Obviously I am just not understanding why having text appear in a
larger font, or having a graphic image appear as an image and not
a hyperlink is a going to cause imail to curl up and die because
of resource demands.
I really would like to understand why this is so complicated, and
apparently insurmountable.
I am not trying to be sarcastic, I would really like to
understand. Anyone care to explain it to me?
