Well I understand that html adds a bit to the size of the email.
However:  "A picture is worth a thousand words". So if I need to
use mouch more text to convey my message, or if i need to send 12
emails over and over again to get the same response rate that
would be even more of a resource waste.

But in any event, i think we are missing the point. We are NOT
talking about resources in terms of bandwith we arre talking about
resources interms of imails ability to function.

The question is Why would this feature cause imail to stop
functioning.
