"Relay for Local Hosts" means "Spammers aren't allowed to use our server unless they
use a return address (valid or not) on a domain we host".
In other words, it seems to be handling OK because no spammers have found you yet.
Once they do, they will use your server to send out their spam.
"Relay for IPs" with SMTP AUTH is the *ONLY* way to prevent spammers from using your
mail server.
