Hi,
Since from 2 days I've set-up Relay mail for IPs, and SMTP AUTH.
All seems work fine.
Today some customers can't send email. Their mailer ask for user and pw
without allow them to send.
My check list:
- username & pw are correct
- Imail 6.5 settings are correct
- client settings are correct
Strange thing:
- Making MailServer reboot , all come back and all works fine, but after
some time the problem come back
- Without making reboot, I've unchecked the SMTP AUTH in Outlook Express and
Imail accepts my sending, but note that the SMTP AUTH in imal are still
setting on.
There are something I can't understand...
Someone using SMTP AUTH can report me same problem ?
Any tips ?
As you can think, the problem is very urgent :-)
