This is caused by domain aliases (for example, you may see that "domain.com" has 
outgoing mail only, and "mail.domain.com" has incoming mail only).  I have added 
support for aliases; the new version can be downloaded from the same location ( 
http://www.declude.com/tools ).

Try this, using piping:

   domlist sys0204.txt | find "domain.com" /i
