Yep, Scott, that was it.  They are listed as:

        mail.xyz.com    In
        xyz.com         Out

I just downloaded the latest version from your web site and still the same
thing, however.  But now that I know that this is what's happening, that's
fine.

This is caused by domain aliases (for example, you may see that "domain.com"
has outgoing mail only, and "mail.domain.com" has incoming mail only).  I
have added support for aliases; the new version can be downloaded from the
same location ( http://www.declude.com/tools ).

Try this, using piping:

   domlist sys0204.txt | find "domain.com" /i
