I recommend against using the full ORBS database to delete or block E-mail. But, I do
recommend using the full database to add warnings to headers (or perhaps add a
footer/trailer to the E-mail), so people running open relays will have an incentive to
close the relays.
Also, some people have been using the "Manual Entry" and "Spam Source" ORBS databases
and a couple of the others, that are a lot less aggressive. They are often
overlooked, since so many people assume that ORBS is just the complete database.
