There may be a way to do it.  But I think adding headers like that to 
a message is not worth my time to figure out how since 99.9% of the 
people don't read the headers (even if the headers are exposed) and 
if they see/understand such a warning, they aren't in charge of the 
mail server anyway and probably don't know who is.  The mail goes 
through, they're happy.

If mail admin's mail server is blacklisted, the best "alert" he's 
going to receive is complaints from his users because they can't send 
mail (who will then bust @ss to find out who and why).  Scott's 
header is kinda cool, but I don't think it would be effective in many cases.

If you want to do it, ask in the postfix list if/how.  I know postfix 
recently has an "ignore" command to filter/strip a header, but I 
don't know about adding them.
