Hello -
I am having a heck of a time getting the IMail Mail-to-Fax software to find
my modem. I am using Win2000 and an external fax modem. I have tried 4
different modems on both com1 and com2. Since Mail-to-Fax is an old
(possibly 16-bit) application, I have even removed the com port from the
device manager hoping that would help... but still nothing.
When I check for modem, I get the error:
Failure Configuring Port
HELP!!! I don't know what else to try. Has anyone successfully set up the
Mail-to-Fax service on a Win2000 box?
