I guess I didn't make this clear
I am an ACCOUNT admin. I don't have access to the box itself.
the USERS are not HOLDERS of ACCOUNTS on our email server.
ie.. mail.get-noticed.com is the domain..
however I am sending to some aol/hotmail/etc accounts.
the list of names is 20k+ in number
I want to send the same mail to all of them.
I want to add them to the mailing list and give them the option to self
remove.
Capisce?

If you write it as a text message, you can send it all from the command line
utility MAILALL. Based on what We've experienced using it you could send to
that number of users in about 5 minutes. We can send to about 5,000
accounts in about one minute on a single server.
