I must be slow to day, sorry.  Without access I'm not sure how you could do
this, but as far as opt-in/out there are utilities (mostly third party) for
this.  The HKS utilities are a great and may offer just what you need for
that.  Could you send the list to the Imail admin for the system and would
they do the cut & paste to the user.lst and txt for you/
