Patti,
Did you not use the instructions in the KB? That tells you to copy the
\users (and other domains) folders prior to starting up the new server. If
you already started it and email is collected into the new folders, then
copying will overwrite the new mail with the old. In that case Supports
suggestion is the only way to go, to assure both old and new mail are
available.
