Jeff,

Are we talking about Outlook 97, 98 or 2000? Also, which version of Imail
and IE do you have? Lastly, what operating system(s) is Imail and Outlook
running on? I had a similar problem, although my failure rate was about 10%
at most. After I upgraded to Imail 6.06 and made sure my Outlook clients
had the current Microsoft Office patches, the problem disappeared (so far).
Most of my clients are still using Win95/Outlook 98 and I had to make sure I
was using updated Winsock files for Win95 and IE 5.5 with the latest
patches.
