Len, Dave and others on the list who listened to me groan about this.

I found the problem. I had a local host configured with the domain name for
the domain I am storing the mail for. I just had to remove it and now
everything works like a charm. The kb article that pointed the problem is as
follows:

That's the first thing I did. Hosts file had the entry pointing to the FQDN
of the primary all along. I thought that's given, so I didn't mention it.
Well, that said, my previous message is still on and it is not working. I am
pretty sure it is something I did or didn't do, but I can't figure out what.
Any more suggestions?

Did you put the relayed domain in Win32 hosts file?
