Run Imail ver. 6.02 in single CPU Windows 2000 server. No problems with
it at all for 1 yr+ (knock on wood.)

I have had on a 3 occasions had the following problem. User is using
Outlook Express for mail client. Has 30 or so messages and starts to
download. Get to message twenty something and then Outlook Express hangs
saying POP3 server has timed out, but it has not. Each time they try
again, they get duplicates of the first twenty something messages and then
hang again.

My solution has been to load Eudora Pro 4.x, and download their mail. I
then forward it all back to them and they get it no problem. So, I suspect
that one of those pieces of mail has a malformed packet or something like
that and Outllok Express chokes on it and Eudora does not care. When I
send all the mail back to them, it works fine because Eudora has
"re-packaged" it and OE gets it fine.

Just wonder if anyone else has seen this problem. Looks more like an OE
problem than anything else. Just one of lif'es mysteries that I thought I
would shoutr "HEY" about.
