I talked to IPSwitch about these settings. They recommended that I set the
"No Relay" option, and then have the users set the "Server requires
authentication" in Outlook. This seemed to work well, EXCEPT, for outside
users sending us email. Seemed like almost no one could send us email. But
some got thru. I'm wondering what the real setting should be.

Why would you want to make your good customers pay, but let spammers use
your service for free? "Relay for local hosts" means "Let spammers send
mail for free if they claim to be from my domain". All they have to do is
send E-mail from "postmaster@yourdomain" to send their spam.
You WANT "Relay for Addresses", otherwise spammers can use your server for
free.
